Happy Birthday Addison

We had a fun filled week and celebrated Addison's birthday. I cannot believe that she is 2 already, where has time gone?? She was so darn cute the entire week. If you said birthday she would say "party, party, party" Then when we started to decorate for the party she got even more excited. When we picked up the balloons you could tell she got even more excited. Even now a few days later if she sees anything that even reminds her of the party she says, "birthday party" So cute!!! She loved the party hats and the blowers.


Addison loved her cake. I made it the morning before the party and when I told her that we were making her cake she insisted on sitting in front of the oven while it cooked. If you left she was in tears. Then when it was done she was so mad that I left and turned the light off on the oven. When I finally convinced her that it was done and needed to cool she was fine. Then when it came time to frost it, she sat there the ENTIRE time and watched. She LOVED her cake. When it came time to blow out the candle and everyone was singing to her she was very timid and did not want to blow them out. Once we brought her the piece of cake she was happy again.


We are so happy to have our sweet little Addison as a part of our family. She keeps us laughing. She LOVES books and puzzles and LOVES dogs. She will do anything for a dog. She also loves music and will dance if she hears it. She adores her big brother and follows him around when he is home. Such a sweet little thing!!!
