This is why I love Midland....yes I am missing my fall and winter from Utah, but you cannot get a fresh Pepper and tomatoes from you garden in November in Utah. Quick question for you...how many green tomatoes can a little girl eat before it will make her sick? While I was raking leaves and picking red tomatoes Addison decided that she would eat until her heart was content.

It is great, isn't it? How did you get a pepper to turn red. Ours would go bad before they actually went red. So we just used them as green peppers. Still really yummy!
We forgot to cover ours during the freeze so I guess our days of picking veggies are done. :(
